Free No Obligation Home Buying Consultation~ I will walk through the Home Buying Process at your pace and provide you with all of the information that you need to make a well-informed buying decision. As your Exclusive Buyer's Representative, I can provide you with a Free Comprehensive Market Analysis (CMA) for the property you decide to purchase to show you the true market value of the property, Title, Financing, Appraisal and Home Inspection Coordination, as well as Professional Services Referalls. This is an estimate of all of your closing costs that I will prepare for you prior to listing your home and also when we receive an offer on your home. The Seller's Net Sheet will give you a good indication of what your proceeds from the sale would be and really helps to put things in perspective for sellers. I also offer a Sellers Service Pledge. This is a guarantee of service that states if you are not satisfied with my Marking Plan and My Service and if we cannot resolve the problem, you can terminate our agreement with no further obligations.
